Child Protection & Zero-Tolerance CSAM Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Banana Gene ("the Service", "we", "us") maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexual exploitation of minors. This policy applies to all users and all content generated, uploaded, or shared through the Service.
1. What is CSAM
CSAM means any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a person under 18, or such a person depicted in a sexually suggestive manner, including photographs, videos, digital images, and computer- or AI-generated imagery.
2. Scope (including virtual & anime)
Prohibited content includes any depiction or sexualization of a person under 18, whether photographic, AI-generated, drawn, anime, or a virtual character. In the United States (PROTECT Act, 18 U.S.C. §2252A), the European Union (Directive 2011/93/EU), the United Kingdom (Coroners and Justice Act 2009), Canada, Australia, and other jurisdictions, fictional or non-real child sexual content is equally criminal; "not a real person" is not a defense.
3. Our Measures
- Keyword filtering and blocking of prompts involving minors at the point of generation.
- Zero tolerance — immediate and permanent account termination, without refund, for any attempt to generate, upload, or distribute CSAM.
- Mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement as required by law.
- Full cooperation with investigations and preservation of relevant evidence.
4. How to Report
Report suspected CSAM to [email protected]. Please do not download, screenshot, or share the material — simply provide the URL or location. We act promptly and report confirmed material to NCMEC.
5. User Responsibility
Any attempt to generate, upload, or distribute such content will result in immediate account termination and may incur criminal liability. By using the Service you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
